Buildings

Today the buildings of HBN include four production and three storage buildings amounting to a total of approx. 10,000 m2 and an administration building of 800 m2. The buildings are placed on own land, which allows for further future expansions twice the current size.

In 2011 we started the process of building new facilities accounting for 4.000m2 (black roof), to house new machines and further storage facilities for the new air-tank production and to support a general increase in demand on existing products.

Machinery

Our installed production capacity consist today of fully automatic processes which comply to Automotive and TÜV standards. Our machinery include injection molding machines with closing pressures from 1,500 – 26,000 KN, as well as several extrusions lines, spin-welding machines and test stations.

As part of our supply chain solution we also offer assembly services on behalf of our customers to help them save time and to focus on their core business. With several assembly stations we can offer partial and full installations of own produced components or to assemble other accessories to existing products to become a system solution.
